Lors de WrestleMania 41, Dominik Mysterio a remporté le championnat Intercontinental face à Bron Breakker, ancien champion, Penta et Finn Balor. À cette occasion, Dominik Mysterio et son père, Rey, entrent dans l'histoire de la WWE.
En effet, le compte X (Twitter) WWEStats souligne que Rey et Dominik Mysterio sont devenus la troisième duo père/fils à avoir remporté le championnat Intercontinental, après Mr. Perfect et Curtis Axel ainsi que Rikishi et Jey Uso.
Cerise sur le gâteau, les Mysterio ont tous les deux remporté ce titre à WrestleMania : 2009 pour Rey et 2025 pour Dominik.
