Impact Wrestling s'arrête à Toronto au Canada, au Rebel Entertainment Complex, afin de présenter son pay-per-view ''Rebellion'' qui aura lieu le dimanche 28 avril 2019 à 2H Paris ou 20H Montréal. Le show sera diffusé en Amérique du Nord sur les réseaux PPV comme Dish, Bell, Rogers et etc, et il sera diffusé à travers le monde sur le réseau FiteTV.
